Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AislePlan platform and services provided by AislePlan Inc.. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of Services

AislePlan provides AI-powered wedding planning tools including vendor matching, budget tracking, timeline generation, guest management, and style recommendations. You agree to use these services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update it as necessary.

Vendor Relationships

AislePlan facilitates connections between couples and vendors but is not a party to any agreements between them. We vet vendors for quality but do not guarantee their services. All contracts and payments between couples and vendors are independent of AislePlan.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the AislePlan platform are owned by AislePlan Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content you upload to the platform.

Limitation of Liability

AislePlan Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
